By accessing goodcode.us (the “Site”) or engaging Good Code (“we,” “us,” or “our”) for services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or engage our services.

We provide product design, frontend engineering, and related professional services. The scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement are governed by a separate written agreement (e.g., a Statement of Work) between you and Good Code. These Terms govern general use of the Site and supplement any such agreement.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site to engage in unlawful activity, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, to interfere with the Site's operation, or to scrape or harvest content at scale without our written permission.
4. Intellectual property
The Site, including its content, brand assets, code, and design, is owned by Good Code or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Engagement deliverables are governed by the assignment terms in the applicable Statement of Work.

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
6. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOOD CODE IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE IS LIMITED TO USD $100.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Good Code harmless from any claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
8. Governing law
