ENGINEERING

We ship the last mile AI cannot finish.

We turn designs into reality with modern code: fast, scalable, maintainable, and built for the future using the latest frameworks.

The problem

AI can stand up a working prototype in an afternoon. It cannot take that prototype the last mile to production, where the edges live: empty states, error paths, the largest data set you have, the permission no one thought about. That gap is where a demo quietly fails to become a product. We close it, with production code and senior review before every merge.

What you get

Production front-end

React, TypeScript, and Next.js. Typed, accessible, and fast.

Design system in code

Your tokens and components, coded once and reused across the product.

Data-backed prototypes

Clickable builds for demos and user testing, not throwaway mockups.

Framer and marketing sites

Fast, credible sites a CISO trusts, shipped on Framer or Next.

Hardened edges

Empty, error, scale, permissions, and load, handled before launch.

A clean handoff

A deployed build, the source in your repo, and docs your team can own.

How it runs

Four moves, from scope to shipped.

01

Scope

What ships, what is deferred, and the definition of done.

02

Build

Small, reviewed commits. AI for speed, senior review before merge.

03

Harden

Edge cases, permissions, and load. The parts that decide real products.

04

Ship

Deployed, measured, and handed off with docs your team can own.

Signature check

The edges we harden.

Happy paths are for prototypes. Real products are decided at the edges, so every build clears the same list before it ships.

  • EMPTYNo data yet. A first run that teaches, not a blank screen.[ OK ]
  • ERRORThe request fails. A path back, not a stack trace.[ OK ]
  • SCALEThe largest data set you have, rendered without stalling.[ OK ]
  • PERMSThe role that should not see it does not.[ OK ]
  • LOADSlow network, cold cache. Still usable.[ OK ]
  • A11YKeyboard, focus, and contrast. Usable by everyone.[ OK ]

Illustrative. Your build gets its own list, checked before ship.

How to engage

Three ways to build with us.

Questions

Answered directly.

Do you write production code or just prototypes?

Both, and we are clear about which. Prototypes are clickable and data-backed for demos and testing. Production is typed React and Next, reviewed before merge, and handed off with docs.

You use AI to write code. How is that different from us doing it?

AI gives us speed on the first draft. The difference is what happens after: senior review before every merge, and the judgment to harden the edges a prototype skips. Nothing ships without review.

Can you work in our existing codebase?

Yes. We read the code, match your patterns and conventions, and add small reviewed commits rather than a rewrite you did not ask for.

Framer or custom. How do you decide?

Framer when you need a fast, credible site your team can edit. Custom Next when the product needs real data, auth, and logic. We recommend the one that fits, not the one that bills more.

What do we get at handoff?

A deployed build, the source in your repo, and documentation your team can own. No lock-in, no black box.
